One of the best ways for charities to increase their donations was long thought to be direct donations via social media; and Facebook has gone that extra step to do exactly that!
Facebook on Monday added a new feature to enable users to directly donate cash to non-profit organisations. At the moment, there are 19 non-profit launch partners including Livestrong Foundation, World Wildlife Fund and UNICEF which will have the donate option visible at the top of their page and bottom of the newsfeed posts.
